Wedding day makeup WITH TRIAL: $500

This includes a 1.5 hour trial prior to the wedding (we usually recommend no further than 6 months out due to changing trends and preferences), 15 minute consult, airbrush foundation, lash application, face chart to be saved and referred to on wedding day

Day of Application completed as per trial with any additional changes or tweaks recommend or asked for after. 1 hour application, plus 15 minute final touch-ups once in wedding dress.

This includes: Airbrush Foundation Add-on for everyone! It's of course optional but highly recommend for all brides and bridal party. It's longwearing, waterproof and the lightest weight foundation you can possible wear. Great for no-makeup looks on freckled skinned gals or full on coverage for those who want a flawless look (and anywhere in between), lashes AND a mini touch up kit for each application.

Client hair extensions must be 100% human hair, pre-color matched, freshly washed and fully dry. Add's on 15 minutes to appointment time. MUST notify Candice Deanna if anyone wishes to add on this PRIOR to day of as it affects the timeline for the day and we can not guarantee being able to accommodate if no notice is given.

Clip- in Extension rental: $85 for the day of rental and installation and $150 refundable deposit. If you are requiring hair extensions please come in to studio for a color match as we do not bring hair extension on site for bookings unless pre-arranged. Available for anyone in the bridal party. Adds an additional 15 minutes/person on day of.

Hollywood Waves: $75/person extra for styling PLUS clip in extension fees (either clients own or rental)

As this is a LUXURY styling service and takes more time to perfect the look as well as use of hair extensions in MOST cases, this is a style that isn't included in my packages and MUST be added on in advance to allow for enough time in the schedule.

When we connect on our call we quote for services you've inquired for with ALL INCLUDED so you can know upfront what the investment is and which payment plan works best for your planning!
The T&C's:

TRAVEL: There is a travel fee depending on location of services needed. The travel rate for mileage is $0.70/km round trip and a rate for time accrued travelling of $45/hour round trip for time spent getting to location. Ferry fee's may added based off BCF rates.

ADMIN: We have a 2% admin fee, which is based on your package investment rather than a flat rate.

ASSISTANT(S): Assistant fees apply starting at $150/assistant( for weddings over a certain number of services I have a team I can ask to help out if you're needing to be done early or have quite a lot of people needing makeup and hair!) This isn't a confirmed service we can offer as we can not guarantee availability of other artists, so this fee is only charged for CONFIRMED assistants for your date.

EARLY MORNINGS: Early Morning fees apply additional $15/15 minutes (before 8am starts) per artist (does not apply to travel fee, only service schedule time)

CAMPING/ACCOMODATION: We have the unique ability of having our converted van to sleep in if the location is further away than 1 hour from studio base in Nanaimo, we can discuss parking it up the night before close to the venue or at a campground nearby so that no hotel accommodations will be needed if it is an early start or a further commute to the prep location. If off Vancouver island or destination accommodation will need to be provided. If assistant is booked and location requires accommodation will need to be obtained for them (outside of our camper! lol)

MINIMUM SERVICES: If you've already secured your photographer and not taking advantage of booking a TRIPLE THREAT Package and are only needing Makeup ONLY or Makeup & Hair services, we do have a minimum services policy in place for Saturday and Sundays (and over long weekends) from MAY to October. This is due to the fact that those are our most sought after dates and we prioritize larger bookings for them. Minimum booking is 5 services (one must be the bride) or 6 services (if not including the bride).Can be a mix of Makeup ONLY or Makeup & Hair Services (at this time she offers a few select HAIR only bookings at this time).
How to lock in your date:
We never hold a date after an inquiry without both of these completed so if youre keen lets chat!
